Map your columns.
PitStop reads your file and asks where each column should go. Any column you don't want us to see, set to "Ignore." Suppliers, customer names, margin notes, none of it has to leave your office.
Set your discount (optional).
Want to give PitStop's customers 5% off on a specific category? Slide the discount. Want 0% across the board? Slide it to zero. You can also set discounts on specific part numbers, or none at all.
Review and upload.
Our system handles fitment matching, inventory indexing, and search optimization automatically. You don't touch any of it.
Connect Stripe and go live.
Stripe Connect handles your payouts. When you are ready, hit Go Live.
Need to update tomorrow? Drop in a new spreadsheet. We remember your column mapping and your discount settings. The new upload is the source of truth, so quantities update, prices update, and sold-out parts drop off. You can also edit individual parts inside PitStop the same way you would in a spreadsheet.

What does it cost to list?
Nothing. No listing fee, no monthly fee, no transaction fee on the vendor side. PitStop's price to the customer includes our markup, which pays for the platform and the driver. You get the price you set.
How does the delivery work?
A PitStop driver picks up from your counter and delivers to the customer. You don't dispatch, route, or pay drivers. Delivery cost is on PitStop.
What if I already have my own delivery?
Keep it. PitStop is additive. We cover the orders your trucks can't or won't, including after-hours, mobile mechanic, and overflow.
What data do you need?
Part numbers, quantities, and our price (the price you would sell to PitStop). Anything else, you set to "Ignore" when uploading.
When do I get paid?
Automatic Stripe payouts on a weekly schedule, deposited directly to your bank. No invoicing PitStop, no Net 30.
Can I update or leave?
Update anytime by uploading a new spreadsheet. Leave anytime by removing your inventory. No contract, no termination fee.
How is this different from selling on Amazon or eBay?
