COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

VENDOR INFORMATION:

  • Inventory data

DRIVER INFORMATION:

3.How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Users

CUSTOMERS: Your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with Vendors and Drivers to fulfill orders.

VENDORS: Your business name, address, and product information are visible to Customers. Your contact info is shared with Drivers.

DRIVERS: Your first name, photo, vehicle description, and real-time location are shared with Customers during deliveries.

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with companies that help us operate, including:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics services
  • Customer support tools
  • Background check services
  • Marketing platforms
  • Email/SMS providers

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

3.3 Business Transfers

If PitStop is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.

5.1 Account Information

You can access, update, or delete your account information through the Platform settings or by contacting support@orderpitstop.com.

5.2 Location Data

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Note that Drivers must enable location sharing while making deliveries.

5.3 Communications

MARKETING: You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" or adjusting notification settings.

TRANSACTIONAL: You cannot opt out of essential communications (order confirmations, security alerts).

5.5 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

5.6 Data Portability

You can request a copy of your data by contacting privacy@orderpitstop.com.

5.7 Deletion

You can request account deletion. Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes as described in Section 4.

7.Children's Privacy

PitStop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided information, contact privacy@orderpitstop.com.

8.Data Security

We implement security measures including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest

9.International Users

PitStop is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using PitStop, you consent to this transfer.
