PitStop Return Policy

All sales are subject to the following return policy. By placing an order on PitStop, you agree to these terms.

General Returns

  • Parts may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Parts must be in original, unopened packaging
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns — no exceptions
  • Restocking fee covers driver return delivery costs
  • Electrical components, special order parts, and hazardous materials are final sale — no returns accepted

How to Initiate a Return

Contact PitStop support at support@orderpitstop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. A driver will be dispatched to collect the part once your return is approved.

Core Charges

Certain parts carry a core charge — a refundable deposit for returning your old part. Core charges are collected at checkout and refunded when the vendor confirms receipt of a good core.

Core Return Options

1. PitStop Core Pickup ($10 flat fee)

A driver retrieves your old core at the time of delivery. The core must be ready for pickup when the driver arrives. If the core is not ready, the $10 fee is refunded and the core return becomes your responsibility.

2. Self-Return

Return the core directly to the vendor within 30 days. The vendor will confirm receipt in the PitStop system and your core charge will be refunded automatically.

Core charges are forfeited if the core is not returned within 30 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Electrical components
  • Special order parts
  • Hazardous materials
  • Any part showing signs of installation or use
